The Bo’ness Motor Museum boasts cars and memorabilia associated with the James Bond movies.

The PR Store’s Adrian Mahoney visited the Museum in 2020 to record a segment for an audio guide about the local area. You can hear his interview with Motor Museum boss Colin Anderson here:

The full audio guide – the “Kinneil to Carriden” tour – is available to download for free from the izi.travel app, alongside some of our other audio guides here.

Double O heaven – cars and memorabilia associated with Bond are on show at Bo’ness.
This Aston Martin is popular with visitors.
Remember when this French car popped up in a Bond movie?
This Lotus model gained fame in “The Spy Who Loved Me”.
The car has even been signed by Bond stars Caroline Munro and Richard Kiel, who played “Jaws”!

The Bo’ness Motor Museum is just off the John Muir Way walking and cycling route. The museum is on Bridgeness Road, Bo’ness. The postcode is EH51 9JR. Please call to check opening times before visiting.

The audio guide (with the Bond/Motor Museum audio) was produced by The PR Store, in association with Bo’net (the Bo’ness Networking Group) and Bo’ness Tenants’ and Residents’ Association. The partners received funding support from Tesco’s Bags of Help initiative (now called Tesco Community Grants), NHS Forth Valley and Falkirk Council.

You can download the “Kinneil to Carriden” guide via the izi.travel app. Download the app from the Google Play store or Apple App store. Read the original press release here.

The new James Bond film “No Time To Die” goes on general release on Thursday, September 29, 2021.
